Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed areas 30 minutes before sun exposure. Apply to facial area before makeup application. To maximize protection reapply every two hours or after swimming or exercise.

this is the best product i have used
Pros: your skin can breath and not sticky
Cons: the cost is lot more than what u can buy at the store
