KINeSYS will NOT provide or sell your information to anyone. All information you provide us is transmitted using a secure server.

Pricing

Saving money is important to us and our customers. If you see a regular price lower on any domestic Internet site, before you order or within 10 days of your order, you will receive the lower price on that order or an in-house credit towards your next order, equal to the difference in price. We will NOT match prices of any non-domestic Internet site or any site that does not ship within 24 hours of ordering. Additional promotions or coupons cannot be used in conjunction with price matched orders. You are also assured of receiving excellent customer service and prompt delivery.

How to Order

When you decide which KINeSYS product you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, click on the "Shopping Cart" button to checkout and complete your purchase. Checkout instructions are below.

Checkout & Order Confirmation

When you're done shopping, click the Shopping Cart then click the Order Now button, found on the Shopping Cart Contents page. This is where you will be given the opportunity to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. Next, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address then a review of the order and your Credit Card information. Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. If you prefer, fill out the information and then call us toll free with your credit card number at 1-800-393-3848.

Shipping and Handling

In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, we are offering our customers three delivery options. Customers now have the option of 6 to 8 day service, 3 to 4 day service, and 2 day service at shipping rates to meet every budget.

U.S. Domestic Orders over $45.00 are eligible for FREE 6 to 8 day delivery

** Packages exceeding 3 (three) pounds will ship by ground service ONLY.

Products in stock are shipped within 24 business hours - Guaranteed! Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. If the backordered item is on extented delay through the manufacturer, we will remove the item from your order, issue an in-house credit for that amount, and ship the remainder of the order to you at an upgraded shipping method at no additional cost to you. Customers will be notified via email within 1 (one) business day if a product is OUT OF STOCK.
All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, Alaska and Hawaii ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.

Tax

We are currently required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to New York, California, and Georgia.

Returns

KINeSYS wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from all returns effective March 2006. No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry level item from each group. To initiate your return, you must contact us at Info@WWWEnterprise.com, or call us at 800-393-3848 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return.
For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Once an In-House credit has been issued, you MUST call in your credit card information on your new order and ask to have the credit applied to that order. In-House credits can be used with special coupons as long as the subtotal AFTER the in-house credit has been applied maintains the criteria for using the coupon. For example, you received a special 15% off coupon for your order over $100, the subtotal after the in-house credit has been applied MUST be at least $100 to use the coupon. In-House credits cannot be deducted from pre-processed orders online. If you place an order online, put credit card information in the payment area online, and receive your order confirmation, then decide to call in to have your in-house credit or special coupon applied, your request will be declined. The special coupon will be issued as an in-house credit on your account and then the above policies apply to using that credit in the future.
